Watermark Certification is a certification program administered by the Australian Building Code Board (ABCB) for plumbing and drainage products, including water faucets, valves, water pipes, water tank fittings, showers, bathtubs, pipe joints and other water and sewage products. Watermark is certified by an independent certification body to ensure that the products comply with Australian sanitary regulations and product standards. This certification is mandatory for all sanitary ware products installed in Australia according to the Australian Sanitary Ware Regulations.

Water tap product standard
The relevant certification process is as follows:
A. Fill in the product list and application form and submit it to the laboratory for related testing and certification fee evaluation;
B. After confirming the application certificate, the laboratory shall submit the application for certification to the Australian certification body and pay the relevant certification fees;
C. Submit product drawings, parts certificates, product specifications and other materials to Australian license-issuing body to evaluate the test plan;
D. Prepare test samples according to the test plan and submit them to the test lab for related tests, and produce the test report after the test is completed;
E, according to the requirements of the Australian certification body, prepare the relevant factory inspection data, audit the factory, audit the completion of the factory inspection report;
F. Submit the product information, test report and factory inspection report to the Australian license issuing agency for the certificate, and issue the certificate after verification.
Remark:
1. The whole period from the submission of samples and materials to the laboratory to the receipt of the certificate is about 4.5 months.
2. The WaterMark certificate is valid for 5 years. The factory audit is required once a year, and an annual maintenance fee is required.
